Platform design, good analytical resources, tight spreads on ultra low.
What would you improve about XM Group?
Support is slower on weekends (classic situation) Less payment methods in my region. Again not a surprise.

I’ve been trading with xm for more than a 3 years on Ultra low account and it’s been a very good experience. no strange price movements and whatnot. withdrawals also work well
"Trading stocks"
What do you like best about XM Group?
What sets XM apart from other brokers is turbo stocks. Basically, it's CFDs for equities, but with really good leverage. I use it when earnings periods happen. I did it last time for Google, NVIDIA, and AMD.
What would you improve about XM Group?
The broker has a special shares account, but the deposit limit is too high. Let's make it $5,000

Two years with XM, and I'm really happy that it's my main broker for trading. And I don't have any desire to move to another

"The xm mobile app"
What do you like best about XM Group?
Being honest, the xm mobile app works better for managing trades than for finding them. I move stop loss or close half the position when I’m not on the desktop.
What would you improve about XM Group?
Sometimes some sections load for 10 seconds which gets annoying, they should work on it. Not critical, but still should be noted.
Overall
For charting I use a web xm platform with AI chatbot, but for trading on the go I use a mobile app.

"The educational tab"
What do you like best about XM Group?
I ignored the educational tab for almost a week. Thought it would be the usual stuff. But then I found trade ideas and watched some online lessons on scaling out of positions. I tested them in real practice and it worked.
What would you improve about XM Group?
They should run more online lessons and mention the topic of these lessons beforehand.

It’s been more than 1,2 years since I signed up for xm app. If I didn't like anything, I wouldn’t stay here.

What do you like best about XM Group?
I checked swaps on GBP pairs because those can get annoying if you hold too long. The rates weren’t amazing, but they didn’t feel like a trap either.

Adding more minor and exotic pairs would be nice.

What do you like best about XM Group?
Ultra low account has the best trading conditions imho. The average spread of 0.7 pips, zero commissions and zero swap fees. Can’t ask for more.

I swing trade with xm, which is why I found their ultra low acc with no swap fees so advantageous. I can finally trade stress free, not worrying about the cumulative rollover fees.
