I deposited 110 USD through upi INR and there was a mismatch from their side so i submitted proof of payment it was clear payment was made i wrote several emails for this chat with customer service is soo pathetic that they just say email us and when i emailed them they denied any payment was made.
i am a retail trader every dollar matters to me, and they just made me email several times with proof and they denied any payment was made because upi wasnt visible in transaction, my bank gave UTR unique transaction number they could have easily verified but they denied

I love the new features and small spreads, and also they have competitions which will allow you to test or compare your self to others about your trading performance.

I just want them to return the default preview of their front page chart of every asset from line chart to candlestick.

I am using xm for over 3 years now, and so far I only encounter some tiny issue like the system manual cutting of my trade position especially overnight during weekend and also my some of my limit orders that is supposed to be hit was not hit.

Pricing is fire. They keep the profit margin look healthy, especially with the ultra low acc type. Standard is ok, but I don’t see any reasons to go for it when ultra low literally has the same min deposit requirement.

Can’t say they have a good instructor for investing. It’s more like a cfd trading platform, than platform with screeners.

Have been using them for a long time, but recent 6 months was the best after they added their web tradingview based platform, so I didn’t need to jump from one platform to another anymore.

Their distinct features and promotions. When it comes to features, they have a custom made platform with TradingView charts and AI inside. As for promotions, they hold different ones very often. My favourite one is about deposit bonuses.

I don’t trade often, only take swing trades when I see opportunities. However, the only broker I work with is xm, cause they earned my trust. Trading with them for 2 years already.
