What do you like best about ZFX?

ZFX offers a stable trading platform with competitive pricing and a decent set of features. The trading environment is overall reliable, making it suitable for both new and experienced traders. The process for deposits is straightforward, and most functions work as expected.

What would you improve about ZFX?

One area that definitely needs attention is the IT department, which tends to be slow in resolving issues. Additionally, the withdrawal process can take a bit longer than expected, though it’s still within an acceptable range. The biggest pain point, however, is the customer service (CS) — especially when it comes to supporting Introducing Brokers (IBs). The support team is often not as cooperative or responsive to IB needs as one would hope.

Overall, my experience with ZFX has been quite good. The core trading services are dependable, and I haven’t encountered major problems with the platform itself. Minor delays in IT support and withdrawals are manageable, but I hope for significant improvement in how customer service interacts with IBs. Enhanced responsiveness and collaboration in this area would make ZFX an even better choice for serious traders and partners.
