They are far from proffetional set up. No recommendation beside closeing down.

Awful experience especially with customer support. No clear indication for KYC & verification and, guess what! you can't withdraw unless you complete KYC. In a very simple word, they keep your money and asking the support what is wrong that your KYC doesn't get verified, they reply like an AI agent same thing over and over, "complete KYC"!
