I passed your challenge, followed your rules, and submitted my payout request in good faith. Instead of receiving the payout I earned, my request was declined without a clear, transparent, and convincing explanation.
If there was a rule violation, provide the exact rule, the evidence, and the specific trades that justify your decision. Simply denying a payout without transparency damages trust and raises serious concerns about your payout process.
What made the situation even worse was the customer support. They were slow to respond, and in some cases I received no meaningful response at all. Instead of helping resolve the issue, they left my concerns unanswered, which made the entire experience even more frustrating.
I expect a fair review of my account and a detailed explanation. Until this matter is resolved professionally, I cannot recommend your services based on my experience even they make fake payout certificate never seen entire of my life like this propfirm

My reward requests have been processed quickly, which was one of the things I was most concerned about before joining. Customer support has also been responsive whenever I've had questions, and they've always explained things clearly.

The only reason I'm giving 4.5 instead of 5 stars is that I think some of the rules could be explained a bit more clearly for new traders. I spent some time reading the FAQs to fully understand everything before I started. It would also be nice to see even more educational content for beginners.

"FunderPro: A Prop firm that truly supports you to get funded"
What do you like best about FunderPro?
I remember during a $50k challenge account, a technical glitch cost me hit a SL during a sell trade. I took the trade and the trade went in my favour but later in the day I saw that SL got hit which was placed above the selling price (that's how it works). But after analysing the chart I found that the price never went above my selling price. I immediately asked the support to have a look at the glitch. Not only they reviewed and restored the trade, but they also gave an extra $1000 support for the loss I suffered. This lead to my first payout in that account
What would you improve about FunderPro?
One area where the firm can improve in my opinion is the monthly competition segment. The segment should be released with the same rules as Instant funded accounts for deciding winners.

The only downside:
The challenge targets for Pro accounts must also be 10% P1 & 5% P2 not 8% in phase 2.
Their pricing for $5k–$25k accounts is higher compared to many other firms in the market.

Pricing of 5k to 25k accounts must be competitive with other firms. Especially for 10k account must be around 70$.

What I like about Funder Pro is the low price + discount it offers and is trustworthy because a youtuber I watch is using it.

What I would like FunderPro to improve is to increase the variety of available commodities to trade and to hopefully reduce the margin requirement for some instruments that is a bit high, not allowing low amount challengers to trade because it violates the 20% asset class rule.

I had a lot of questions before buying challenge, thankfully FunderPro has AI service feature. I can ask what's inside my head instead of searching for it and most of the time they answer it well. I do have some misunderstandings with them because they keep on saying to go with the procedure of account creation, but I can't do that because I already have a cTrader account with the same email as the one I'm using for the challenge. But will further clarifications of information to them, I was able to sort out that I could just login in the FunderPro cTrader and all is well.

I'll be very honest here, it took me quite a while to try them out because of a couple of bad posts I saw on X. After carefully going through the programs they offer, the rules they have for each program, and the FAQ, i picked the classic account and started trading. No other firm offers 1:30 leverage on indices, the spread on CFD contracts of NQ is incredibly impressive, and i was also fascinated to see how the dashboard syncs and updates in real time with MT5 without any lag. The dashboard is incredibly informative, tracking every metric to perfection. I had some questions regarding some of the rules and the live support team was very swift and helpful. For anyone looking for a reliable firm, check them out for yourselves and don't listen to any negativity on the internet. After my experience, i went back to X and looked at posts where people complained about Funderpro and realized that it's people's way of not accepting responsibility for themselves, The rules are straighforward, there's not many of them, challenge accounts can be traded with maximum flexibility.
