The challenge platform itself worked fine and support replies quickly but not useful.

Execution transparency. When a trader disputes a fill, the firm should be able to show tick data or spread logs. Their support admitted in writing they have no access to tick-by-tick data or historical spread logs — yet still ruled on my execution dispute as "final." Disputes should also be reviewable by someone senior; escalation to management was refused.
Overall
I passed the challenge and received my funded account. The same day, a Brent trade was filled with adverse slippage on both entry and exit. My stop loss was at 84.43, keeping my risk at $475 — inside the $500 limit. My manual close filled at 84.36, past my own SL, creating a $510 loss and breaching the account by exactly $10. Support blamed a news release from an hour earlier, refused three requests for execution data, then admitted they don't have access to such data at all. Decision was declared final without evidence. I cannot recommend a firm where you can never verify your own fills.

I would improve the consistency score formula and calculation.
Firstly, consistency score should only count profitable days and not days that end in loss. Losing days should be not be counted(0) and only profitable days should be counted. I also feel a consistency score of 30% is more reasonable and allows more leverage than most firms instant account,which will invite many customers.
