The platform itself is easy to use, and during trading the dashboard and Clarity Desk give the impression that your account status, RMG tier, and payout-related information are being tracked clearly.

The biggest issue is transparency and consistency. In my experience, the Clarity Desk, account status, and communicated RMG penalties did not match the final payout outcome. If an account is active and specific penalties like reduced profit split or deductions are already being shown, the payout process should follow that logic clearly. If additional hard-breach reviews can override everything, that should be made much clearer before traders buy accounts.

My experience with Funding Traders was very poor. I had three accounts:
- 107018 — payout request $5,207.22
- 107166 — payout request $5,921.24
- 107167 — payout request $7,009.28
That is a total of $18,137.74 in requested payouts.
My accounts were placed under RMG and I was shown specific penalties such as reduced profit split and deductions on flagged trades. Support also indicated my accounts were active, while saying a full review would happen at payout. However, once I requested payouts, all three were denied and all three accounts were discontinued.
Funding Traders cited rule violations such as risk issues, missing stop-losses, stacking/grid behavior, and other compliance findings. I understand firms have rules, but my issue is with the way the process was handled. In my experience, the payout review did not align clearly with the dashboard information and previously communicated RMG penalties. Instead of applying the stated deductions and payout structure, everything was forfeited.
Because of this, I do not recommend this firm. My experience was that the payout process was not clear or consistent with what had been displayed during trading.

$24,000+ payout DENIED — Read this before wasting your time and money!


I traded with FundingTraders for over a year and held two funded PRO10 accounts totalling $300,000.

On September 10, 2026, I requested two payouts totalling $24,715.04. Both were DENIED. I have screenshots from FT's dashboard confirming this.

On September 17, during a recorded call, Luke from Risk Department told me he had approved my payouts, but FT was experiencing payment processor problems. He also discussed arranging a partial payment from company reserves if the delays continued. I retain this recording.

On September 24, FT returned my payouts to review. On September 26, it closed both accounts and denied payment, citing excessive risk and unsustainable trading.

I found no breach of the published numerical PRO10 limits: 5% Daily Loss, 10% Maximum Loss and 2% Risk per Trade Idea. My trades generally risked around 1% with predefined stop losses.

My Clarity Dashboard was GREEN, showing no flagged violations. FT later argued that green status does not guarantee compliance with all its rules.

On September 27, FT's Risk Department explicitly claimed 3.5%–5% intraday floating equity drawdowns. On October 2, Luke wrote that the referenced losses were actually combined across consecutive days, not intraday losses.

FT ultimately relied on broad TOS Section 1.2 provisions and my historical trading performance, including previously failed accounts. Despite repeated requests, I received no reproducible calculations or defined thresholds justifying immediate termination.

FT even claimed I had "blown" my $300K accounts. Yet the last recorded balances on September 25 were $95,217 and $191,932 — both above their published 10% maximum-loss thresholds.

My recommendations to fellow traders:

1. Avoid FundingTraders. In my experience, complying with published numerical limits does not necessarily protect your payout from discretionary decisions.
2. If you have a payout pending, consider stopping trading until it is processed. My subsequent losing trades were used to justify denying a payout requested earlier.
3. Do not rely solely on a green Clarity Dashboard. FT explicitly stated that green status does not guarantee full compliance.
4. Be aware of your trading history. Previously failed accounts may be considered during a broader risk review, even after you successfully pass new evaluations.
5. Keep independent records. Save your trade history, payout requests, dashboard screenshots, emails and relevant Terms of Service.

My biggest concern: How did payouts reportedly approved on September 17, with payment processor issues cited as the reason for delay, become completely denied nine days later without FT providing the precise calculations supporting its decision?

My account purchase fees were refunded, but the $24,715.04 payout remained unpaid.

I consider this treatment arbitrary and unfair. I have retained the original emails, recorded calls, trading records and screenshots.

I will never trade with FundingTraders again.

I've used Funding Traders since 2024 and I can honestly say these 2 years have given me a ton of experience, their support is responsive and when there's been a need for clarification on how things work, they've done their best to help. Luke was very helpful with getting me set up properly after a misunderstanding on RMG and I am very thankful that they chose to offer above and beyond for me grow as a trader.

The challenge platform itself worked fine and support replies quickly but not useful.

Execution transparency. When a trader disputes a fill, the firm should be able to show tick data or spread logs. Their support admitted in writing they have no access to tick-by-tick data or historical spread logs — yet still ruled on my execution dispute as "final." Disputes should also be reviewable by someone senior; escalation to management was refused.

I passed the challenge and received my funded account. The same day, a Brent trade was filled with adverse slippage on both entry and exit. My stop loss was at 84.43, keeping my risk at $475 — inside the $500 limit. My manual close filled at 84.36, past my own SL, creating a $510 loss and breaching the account by exactly $10. Support blamed a news release from an hour earlier, refused three requests for execution data, then admitted they don't have access to such data at all. Decision was declared final without evidence. I cannot recommend a firm where you can never verify your own fills.

Funding Traders has been a really great experience for me, especially as a trader who is still growing and improving. I think the company is very beginner-friendly, and I really respect how they handle the first account violation with understanding and flexibility.
The support team is fast and helpful.
Honestly, I don't remember ever receiving a robotic or copy-paste reply. They always treated me with respect and professionalism.
As for payouts, I received 4 payouts during the last month. The first two arrived in less than 24 hours. The last two took around 36 hours, but the support team contacted me directly and apologized for the delay, which I really appreciated.
Overall, my experience with Funding Traders has been excellent, and my next goal is to reach a $200k account soon.

I like the design and how easy it is to access things, they offer a very good spread and commission rate,unlike other firms.

I would improve the consistency score formula and calculation.
Firstly, consistency score should only count profitable days and not days that end in loss. Losing days should be not be counted(0) and only profitable days should be counted. I also feel a consistency score of 30% is more reasonable and allows more leverage than most firms instant account,which will invite many customers.
