One thing that really stood out was the support from your team when I faced an issue with my crypto wallet. Although I initially received the payout, there was a wallet-related problem on my end. After contacting the FT team, they were extremely helpful and responsive throughout the process. They assisted me in getting the payout reversed and then successfully sent to a different wallet address. I truly appreciate the support and prompt assistance provided during that situation.
The communication throughout the payout process felt clear and helpful, and the team was supportive whenever an issue arose.

It's true that the payout was "pending" during 2 months, which is an extremely long time and this would make every trader doubt about this company, but having said that, the only point to improve in this company is the payout pending time. If they solve this, they could be one of the best in the industry because the platform and support are very good.
Although the payout took very long, I must say that support was always there and answered to all my emails.
If they improve their payout times, I am sure that this company will succeed over others.

The best thing at FT is the transparency. The team is honest and very detailed in there analysis to help you become a better trader number 1, as well as help traders understand their patterns and behavior when trading. I’ve learned alot about my trading from the risk management group giving me a thorough analysis about my trades. I was able to correct some mistakes and it’s helped me become a more consistent trader today the least! Definitely would recommend beginner traders to build a foundation here.
