If you check their FAQ, Rules, Terms & Conditions, and other pages, none of them match. Some info is missing, and the answers are super vague. Plus, there are hidden rules they never tell you about—just waiting to breach your account so you lose your money for nothing.
As for support, they’re great at first—super fast replies, and they always hit you with a nice discount code. But once you actually have an issue? They reply so slow that you end up giving up and leaving.
So if you ask me to sum it up and tell you if this place is any good? I’d just say: RUNNNNNNNNNN

I am submitting this detailed review to document severe contractual breaches, arbitrary profit confiscation, and platform manipulation by Plutus Trade Base (PTB).

Confiscated / Withheld Earnings: $99,334.44 USD

Detailed Grounds of Complaint:
Arbitrary Confiscation of Legitimate Profits ($99,334.44):
After generating legitimate, fully compliant trading profits on accounts #27707 and #27502, the firm arbitrarily blocked payout requests and canceled account balances. This occurred despite explicit, prior written clearance and approval from their management team.
Server-Level Execution Manipulation:
On a newly purchased evaluation account, the firm remotely disabled automated trading at the server level ([auto trading disabled by server]) without technical cause, contractual notice, or rule violation.
Dismissive Support & Deceptive Resolution Offers:
Upon formally presenting evidence and notifying them of chargebacks and regulatory filings, PTB support dismissed the claim on WhatsApp—telling me to "move past this dispute" and urging me to buy new accounts with promises of "guaranteed payouts."
Active Law Enforcement & Regulatory Actions:
FBI / IC3 Complaint Filed: A formal cybercrime and financial fraud report has been submitted to the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3 / FBI) under Submission ID: 206585809d4e4d0b997dd0fcb3d7adf4.
Payment Processor Investigation (Confirmo): Full evidentiary dossiers, including MT5 execution logs, written authorization receipts, and 4 BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20) transaction hashes, have been formally escalated to Confirmo Compliance ([email protected]) for merchant identity preservation and withdrawal freezes.
Regulatory & Bank Escalations: Dossiers submitted for active Chargeback proceedings and formal filings with CySEC and the Financial Ombudsman.
Verdict: Exercise extreme caution. This firm fails to respect written commitments once substantial profits are realized.
UPDATE: Final deadline expired with zero payment.
Clarification: Rise is not affiliated with Plutus Trade Base and they have never issued any payout through it for these accounts (#27707 & #27502).
All documentation for the withheld $99,334.44 remains escalated to Confirmo, CySEC, FINRA, and IC3.
