There are numerous instances recorded on trustpilot of this issue, as well as payouts being refused for mundain reasons that you can't quanitfy such as: 'gambling behaviour'...

Check this first - on lightning, you will find the best day rule states 40%, e.g your best day can't be responsible for more than 40% of your trades.
Then, in the 'back area', it states 15%... 2 different figures, on the same page, just depending on whether you've paid already or not.
I had a hard breach for not setting a stop loss on a trade.
Avoid. The cheap price is enticing but you'll waste your time and money.

The best thing about PTB is the “ PRICE “ and the most important thing for trader is the DRAWDOWN.
Id tried several prop firms for the past 2 month and pass several evaluations, blowing all funded account due to trailing drawdown. Actually i think base on my search only PTB offers a STATIC drawdown and the lowest profit target for you to pass the evaluation. For their customer service they really on top of their game and so patient with me during my follow ups for my account but they make things happened for their customer satisfaction. Good job PTB and success to all.
