The customer support is very responsive, yiu don't have to wait hours to receive a reply. The firm has static drawdown which is a great feature as most companies have adopted trailing drawdown limits on their challenge and funded accounts

Perfect setup for me: MT5 + EAs for risk management + no commissions for indices.
I was very pleasantly surprised that I was allowed to trade futures too (I had a bad experience with another prop firm, where I didn't receive my futures account because, according to them, I reside in a restricted EU country).

The requirement for a consistent trading size is too vague for me. It is intended to filter out the gamblers, but I would like to see it removed or specified.
