I have a large profitable account with this broker. The platform is good and VPS service has proved to be faultless. Downside, and here is the warning to profitable traders considering opening an account this HotForex, their withdrawals department is either incompetent or intentionally obstructive, and likely a little of both. I withdraw profit monthly, and so far this year their withdrawal department has managed to process 30% of these incorrectly (I'd call that systemic failure). Extremely disappointed with this broker. I have experienced very poor communication, with automated emails followed by no response for days and sometime not at all. Their online help was as good as useless. For instance, when I asked why the Ipol option did not work for international clients the response was that it should work. I went straight to Ipol and was told that ICMarkets doesn't allow international transfers via Ipol. Having looked at his trades, it is pretty clear he is looking to profit from failed breakouts. This has worked well during choppy sideways markets, i.e. the last six weeks, but a shift to trending market conditions will spell the spectacular demise of this guy like so many before him I fear. He only just managed to escape the Euro/gbp trade, and I hope he can get out on a pull back on the present US/cad trades.
