I just give the suggestion about the withdraw systems. they are very smooth for withdraw and secured verification of the portal but now they are giving 1 business day withdraw but i hope the transection should instant will more good for me and everyone.

I created an account 2 months ago. They asked me to fill extra documents which I did no problem. Since I have no answers. When I speak with an agent they keep copy paste to me the same message that someone is working on it and I should hear soon. Imagine 2 months to open an account and still not completed. So imagine the day I want to withdrawal money. I believe the others people when they says it's a nightmare to withdrawal.

The main area for improvement is the cryptocurrency withdrawal process. Currently, withdrawals are limited by the amount previously deposited using the same crypto method. For example, if you deposit 100 USDT and later make profits, you can only withdraw 100 USDT via crypto unless you make another crypto deposit. A more flexible withdrawal policy for verified clients would significantly improve the user experience.

The platform is fine and deposits are smooth, but withdrawals — especially crypto — are a nightmare. Support is always extremely polite yet stubbornly unhelpful. Simple requests often takes weeks with repeated checks and vague excuses.
Fine for casual traders who never withdraw. Everyone else should look elsewhere.

From time to time, my saved withdrawal history/payment details disappear from their system. When this happens, I have to manually enter my crypto wallet address again and go through another compliance verification process.

I understand and respect compliance requirements. The problem is how the process works in practice.

After providing my wallet details, IC Markets requested screenshots proving my previous crypto transactions. However, wallets such as MetaMask do not provide the type of “receipt” they are asking for with all the information displayed in one screenshot.

MetaMask redirects users to the blockchain explorer, where the transaction hash shows all relevant details: sender wallet, receiving wallet, amount, date, and full transaction history. This is transparent, permanent blockchain evidence.

Unfortunately, IC Markets refused to accept the blockchain transaction information and continued asking for a screenshot format that my wallet simply cannot produce.

What makes this even more frustrating is that I have already completed many deposits and withdrawals using the same wallet address. The history clearly shows a consistent relationship between my IC Markets account and this wallet.

Since the crypto withdrawal became impossible, I tried withdrawing a small amount — around £100 — to my regular Barclays bank account instead. This was also rejected, and I was told to use crypto withdrawal again, which returned me to exactly the same unresolved problem.

For almost three weeks I have been going in circles: provide a screenshot that does not exist, blockchain proof is not accepted, bank withdrawal is refused.

The support team remains polite, but the process itself does not move forward.

At this stage, I simply want to withdraw my remaining funds and close my account. I have also sent an account closure request by email and have not received a response.

This is exactly why I called the withdrawal experience a nightmare.

IC Markets admitted system errors on my account, then refused to correct them unless I signed away my right to pursue a separate, larger dispute. When I would not sign, they deleted all my trading accounts during the active dispute, without notice, without explanation, and without communication. This is a factual account of what happened.

Within a short period, three separate execution issues occurred on my account:

NZDUSD: Execution error confirmed by IC Markets and refunded, but only after I escalated beyond the broker through a formal dispute process. IC Markets did not voluntarily correct it.

BTCUSD: A system and pricing error was admitted in writing by IC Markets on 19 January. They confirmed my trades were affected. They refused to correct the resulting loss unless I signed a waiver agreeing not to make any further claims or take any further action against them.

USDJPY: Multiple positions were closed despite the client-facing chart not reaching my defined stop-loss levels. Evidence has been provided. Losses of approximately £2,580.18 remain unresolved after IC Markets refused reimbursement.

This is not a one-off. This is a pattern of execution failures on a single account, within a compressed timeframe, acknowledged by the broker itself.

This is the part every trader needs to understand.

After I raised the BTCUSD issue, IC Markets confirmed in writing that a system and pricing error occurred on 19 January and that my trades were affected. They admitted the error. They acknowledged the impact.

They then refused to correct the loss unless I signed a statement agreeing not to make any further claims or take any further action against them.

At the time this condition was imposed, the USDJPY dispute, valued at approximately £2,580.18, remained open and unresolved. IC Markets were asking me to waive my right to pursue the larger, contested claim as the price of recovering funds from an error they had already admitted to.

To state it plainly: IC Markets used an admitted liability as leverage to try to extinguish a separate, larger dispute. This is not a neutral settlement offer. It is coercive. The smaller admitted error becomes a tool to make the bigger problem disappear.

I refused to sign.

During the dispute process, IC Markets deleted all of my trading accounts. No prior notice. No explanation. No communication of any kind. This removed my access to historical data, trade records, and evidence while the matter was still ongoing.

Throughout this process, IC Markets repeatedly referenced Clause 20 of their Terms and Conditions, a clause relating to indemnification for reputational harm, across multiple pieces of correspondence. This was cited while I was raising legitimate, factual complaints about execution errors on my own account. The effect, whether intended or not, is to discourage traders from exercising their right to complain.

I escalated to the Financial Commission expecting an independent review. The case was closed on the basis that the matter had been "answered and addressed."

To be clear about what "answered and addressed" means in practice:

The broker admitted an error only after it was challenged.
The correction was made conditional on a waiver that would extinguish an unrelated, larger claim.
A prior error, NZDUSD, was only resolved after escalation beyond the broker.
All trading accounts were deleted during the dispute process.
An ongoing dispute involving £2,580.18 in losses remains unresolved and was refused.
No unconditional correction was ever provided for the admitted BTCUSD error.

The Financial Commission considers a case "resolved" if the broker has responded. It does not require that the response was fair, complete, or unconditional. If you are relying on the Financial Commission as a safety net, understand that a broker can respond inadequately and the matter will still be treated as closed.

If you trade with IC Markets, review your past executions carefully. The issues I experienced were not obvious at first glance and would be easy to miss without a detailed audit of your trade data against the client-facing charts.

If you do find a discrepancy and raise it, understand what you may be facing:

The error may only be acknowledged after formal escalation.
Any correction may come with conditions designed to protect the broker, not you.
Your accounts may be deleted during the process.
The independent dispute body may close your case based on the fact that the broker replied, not on whether the outcome was fair.
You may be referred to indemnification clauses for raising factual complaints.

I am now incurring legal costs to pursue resolution through the courts.
