Do not put clients through so many forms and documents at that stage. This process feels very unfair and can cause serious stress and worry for clients.

I honestly cannot understand how anyone can praise IC Markets after what I went through. I have used several brokers before, but I have never faced this much stress with any of them.

I traded on MT5 account 8095208 and made more than $120 profit. At times, I also faced a problem with trade execution. I would place a trade, but the market could move first and then my trade would execute after the price had already moved. This was very frustrating.

But the biggest pain started when I tried to withdraw my money.

Depositing was very easy. I put my money in, traded, and made more than $120 profit. But when I needed to take my money out, I was suddenly asked for Source of Funds and Source of Wealth forms, many questions, and many documents.

I understand that a regulated company needs to check its clients. But why does so much checking come when a client is trying to withdraw his own money? Account verification should be done when the account is being verified. It is very hard for a normal client to suddenly provide so many forms and documents after his money is already in the account.

I even went to my bank to get help with the bank details and forms. Even the bank staff were confused and asked what kind of form it was and how they were supposed to fill it.

Please think about what this feels like for a person who needs his money.

I needed my money badly. I was already under a lot of stress. Instead of feeling happy about the profit I had worked hard to make, I was sitting with fear and worry because I could not easily get my money.

The pressure became so heavy that I lost the more than $120 profit I had made.

People may see this as just a normal verification process. But for the person sitting there, needing his money and facing form after form and document after document, it can be deeply painful.

I am not writing this because someone told me to. I am writing about what actually happened to me.

This is my real experience. This is the stress I felt. This is the pain I went through.

If you are thinking about opening an IC Markets account or depositing money, please read their deposit and withdrawal rules very carefully first.
