My overall experience with Deriv has been positive. The platform is reliable, user-friendly, and offers flexible trading options. I also appreciate the availability of platforms like MetaTrader 5 for advanced trading. And also how they have been able to add differnet variety of pairs to its platform unlike before. One can trade anything on that platform be it commodities, stocks , currency etc which made the platform more enjoyable with relatively low spread.

Tied with other brokers but the verification process was always unable to complete but deriv was different since it only need a day to complete my verification and also withdrawals are processed quickly.

Implement more robust charting services because the tradingview is a bit buggy howver the effort is worth noting

I have been using this broker since 2018 and the only time I have ever had a problem with them was on 25/12/2024 and ibasically couldn't deposit because I couldn't accept their Ts & Cs. It took a little while which was understandable since they use a ticketing system and their staff was probably off for the holidays, it got resolved first thing this year tho. Super happy with their service.
