What do you like best about Deriv?
Multiple platforms avaiable such as web, ctrader, mt5, depending on your location you can trade internal assets (AI created priceaction) which eliminates any and all restriction and or outside influences.
FX and some CFD is also offered.
What would you improve about Deriv?
most of the inhouse indicies are designed specifically to reduce margin and/or ability to trade large, this is not a issue when trading with smaller amounts (below 100k USD) just keep in mind assets always moving, but margins can be vastly different, this is not a bad thing, just requires the trader to know the assets well, as they can be vastly different even if they have similar names.

KYI / KYC is a serious thing, the broker could run into legal issues with regulators if KYC isn't done properly.
they inform you serval times before taking any action, making the whole experience very streamlined.
customer service is exceptionally helpful.
they also provide a user to user exchange where inhouse assets can be "traded" between members where the broker acts as a escrow, it works on ask-bid system, and is only avaiable in certain countries due to regulation.

DERIV when I request the money as an IB they blocked my wallet not letting withdraw. After my identity verified they ask proof of address, I send 3 different and they refuse all 3, saying they can t accept please send another. After I ask on live chat why they don’t accept they say bad quality, I made perfect photo and send again they block my account with 12000$ and say they will not pay me!
