"Trading central"
What do you like best about Fxcess?
I don’t know what I would do without a trading central feature that they provide. Tbh, I’m not the best technical trader or the one who can react to the news quickly, which is why it was hard for me to trade on my own. But trading central solved this issue, there are ready to use trading set ups 24/5 trusted by professional traders themselves. So, this is what made me profitable…
What would you improve about Fxcess?
I would improve the trading fees, as there is always room for improvement. Currently I face spreads of 1.6 pips on average for major currencies (classic account), but would like them to cut down to 1.4 or even lower.

It’s been two years since I joined the broker, and I can say that they are reliable for sure. I have done many payments throughout this big period, where most of them were processed within just several hours. When it comes to trading, it was good. Although I suggested to lower the spreads, I don’t have much against them, because the commissions fees are literally zero.

Overall, the fxcess broker is credible. They don't hide some fees, all's clear once you've registered. Fx majors charts are quick, correctly display market shifts
sensitive price data during volatility. Ecn acc is best for fx majors, in my experience.

firstly, their support impressed me. It wasn't just quick. it was like high-level 5 start service of providing information when I asked them about the platfrom and its tech fetures. Tbh I got skeptical first.Thought it's just because it's my first time of asking them. But no, next times they showed same attitude.very good.
secodnly, tc tools make the trading experience comfrotable. helped me in tracking prices and making lucrative decisions.
thirdly, classic account - just good conriitons there, nothing fancy and nothing disappointing. it's a plus to me.

they should include the metatrader 5. I have nothing against mt4,but they need anothe option too. It's standard for any broker.

I'm trading forex and metals there. Fxcess treated me well all the way. I bought the classic account. And spreads are good enough, I didn't even notice that big change during volatile periods. Just stable enough on a steady mt4. I thnk i wish no more - everything's working reglkarly, steadily and it's most impprtant.

The broker appears to be very client oriented. I liked the speed of customer service responses and the overall friendly vibe. They really want to help out by giving elaborated responses, so nothing but respect.

If I were in their place, I would add some new platforms.

I didn’t deposit the full amount that I want to trade with yet, because I think it’s essential to be fully sure about them, which is why I’m trading with low risk and seeing the ins and outs. The pricings are fair, and could be lower, but enough for day trading. The executions go smooth as well, thanks to ecn account. Honestly, I like what I’m experiencing so far, and I think it’s time to settle down...

Objectively mt4 is not enough in 2025, almost 2026 LOL. You gotta have at least mt5 or something at this level, mabye Ctrader or something.

I just had classic and spreads were not that impressive, theN I upgraded to premium version, that is not available for ecn tho, only classic. But to be fair comissions on ECN do look like they are affordable already.
I think it's a decenet broker overall, all it needs is a new platform and they would climb a level higher.

I’ve worked with brokers that had enough disadvantages, but fxcess was different, no delays, no wide spreads, swap rates are fair, I feel safe here. It says a lot about their transparency and reliability. Even though they don’t offer something unique, for me stability is what matters when you work with brokers.

Maybe they should already add the mt5 terminal, it doesn’t make sense to trade on the mt4 these days when markets go wild every week.

Oh, I don’t even remember how many years ago I joined here, maybe 3 or 4 years, but since then I’ve been trading pretty good, I was lucky to not be liquidated for all that time. Their order execution saves me every time, no huge slippage unlike in other places.

This is the broker of my choice, and it's simple because I just like trading here. IT was quick and friendly support which made me sign up and the conditions that held me here, because whenever I make a withdrawal, it comes to me without any issues. Not a lot, but it works like clockwork and I like it. I am holding my trades more and more and trade less these days, but still I knowI can count onmy broker.

Most brokers shine in calm markets and fall apart during news. I tested fxcess during NFP pulbcation, it wasn’t perfect, but it didn’t break either. That’s already above average.

Maybe adding more pyametn options or improivding trading conditions if they want to become a broker in the top 10.

After testing it on a demo account, I’m going to switch to live trading because as I said before, it didn’t let me down during immense volatility.

Mostly was on trial, but traded quite a bit, and min depo is just 10$ so was easy enough to check that the conditions there match. Very good trading so far here.

I’m good at trading here. It’s enough for me to enter once in a week, making few scalp trades. The fact they didn’t lower leverage, it’s in my favour. No need to trade everyday, just pick good moves on Wednesday and Thursday, when price action is the most active
