What do you like best about Fxcess?
The option to choose between normal execution an ecn account. Sometimes I need one, sometimes I need the other. Depends on the strategy I'm using and the current market conditions

I feel like they have a good variaty of instruments here... but they could still add some more individual assets. More stocks, more forex pairs etc. yo know

Trading here felt stable for me, which is not to say that the platform doesn't have any advantages besides just being stable Lmao... but for me personally this is the most important factor

What do you like best about Fxcess?
What really impressed me and left a good impression is surprisingly customer service. Some may not really care about it, but I can’t stand late responses and the usefulness of support answers. For me, if I have an issue, it must be immediately RESOLVED, not just talking with scripted answers like robots… I had two slight, different issues in my time, and both of them they answered right away with an inch by inch tutorial that actually helped. That’s how support should work.
What would you improve about Fxcess?
Even though I have nothing against MT4, I think they need to expand the number of platforms. It will go for the best.

7 months of daily trading with them, and what can I even say… I didn’t leave and I'm not planning on it because i’m satisfied with the presented fees and other trading services. Currently the markets are not looking too good to trade, but using the same strategy for years i’m still being able to find the right set ups to hop in.

Low costs of trading, especially on ecn accounts. Zero spreads, commission is per lot and $4.5 per round turn was a juice deal to trade on 5 min charts

Adding more features, in terms of education and copy trading for example. It won’t be odd, the platform kind of lacks variety.

The experience was good. They had assets that I trade, conditions as I’ve already mentioned were super. Nothing to tell about execution services. it was just fine.

What do you like best about Fxcess?
I like how smooth my experience is with this broker. From registration to withdrawal of profits everything is straightforward. Furthermore, i liked the execution of trades. It was pretty much instant without huge slippages. One time i entered a trade and news candle went straight to my stop loss. Saw people got filled very poorly, whereas here i was filled just a bit below my limit order.
What would you improve about Fxcess?
I would improve spreads for the classic account. I know they have tight spreads with ecn, but i’m not a fan of paying for commissions, I prefer tight spreads over it all day. The spreads at the moment can go up to 2 pips, which is competitive, but a bit wide. If they lower it at least to 1.6 pips it will be great.

They are definitely among the top of my list. Starting from registration it was quick, deposit processed instantly, got a bonus on top of my depo as well. Trading forex pairs for over a year already, and found a wide range of pairs with some exotic ones among them. Overall it’s nice.

Best ECN account I’ve seen so far. Very accessible commissions for zero spreads and the leverage is ok still.

The platform, there is no alternative for MT4 which is of course not good. Also, I’d like to see more features. I looked at too many simple brokers.

It did its job in execution of my EMA trading strategy of a bunch of forex pairs. No complaints about the service job. Though, when it comes to variety, it’s the best place…

I think that fxcess are underselling themselves a lot. Like the trading conditions here are better then 70% of broker out there and nobody's talking about if for some reason
