The only negative thing is the payment options:
Deposits are more and more restricted, same goes for withdrawals. First I used "bank transfer" ("Sofortbanking") for deposits and "ePayments" for withdrawals. But now I had to switch to "Skrill" because all the other payment methods are not really working for me (too expensive). But because of the broker's deposit bonus it's okay now.
I just hope they won't change it again. 😉😇

They have been the Best Broker providing the best trading conditions for Asia session on their ECN-Fixed spread, But recently this week 26-30 September 2016 they started widen their FIXED spread from 22:00 - 05:00 GMT+3😡. USDCHF normal 19points ==> 40points!!!😲 so their massage is clear "Stop making Profit at these times!". I will be withdrawing my money today😭.

Same problem here. My valid cards are verified but they will not let me withdraw. They are asking for details of bank cards that have expired or been replaced. I never made deposit with these cards. I have been with RoboForex for a few years but will be finding a way to withdraw and move to xm.com. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH ROBOFOEX TBH !!!
I now have to find these old cards for proof or get my bank to say they are old or replaced. I have never heard such nonsense & my account is fully verified, its a complete joke & I advise people to stay away. Very bad service & feeling relieved its a small account and not a good sum.

I traded with them for 2 months, everything was fine until I wanted to withdrawal my money, then the problems started... I wanted to do a bank transfer, firstly they started to ask for more and more info, and finally they just told me it was not available for me to withdrawal that way, so they asked me to do it via skrill, so I did, but the process made me lost 1 month.

Roboforex send Febuary 4th, 2016 (13:46) a mail omly in the in-box of metatrader. This was the only information of a big change of the trading rules/accounts. The clients have a duration of 1,5 tradingdays time to change the strading strategies for each account to the new rules. This is a ruthless manner. This leads to losses. It is not possible to quickly adapt/change trading strategies when they take a maximum leadtime of more than one and a half day.

We’re informing you that due to performance optimization of the server, which processes MT4-based Pro-Cent accounts, trading conditions for this account type will be changed starting February 8th, 2016. The minimum orders size will be increased from 0.01 to 0.1 lots.
The minimum step of the orders size for Pro-Cent accounts, along with existing parameters for MT4-based Fix-Cent accounts will remain intact, 0.01 lots. Trading conditions for MT5-based Pro-Cent accounts will not be changed.

I made a deposit with bank transfert. Now 2 weeks are passed and I my deposit is not yet credited. I already opened 2 ticket without answer. When you call the customer service they tell you to open a ticket and wait the answer of the payment department. You can't talk direkt with them... And this is only for a deposit!!! I can't imagine how much time I will need for a withdraw.

june 2015: I am really happy with Roboforex so far
I earn money using robots.
I investted 200 € because they offer cent accounts. So i could let my robots work with 34000 "€" (i got 140% bonus).
the cent account works with 5 digits -- compared with LiteForex. There my robots make money, too. but they run on 4 digit accounts and with fixed spread (3 pips EURUSD).
Roboforex offers variable spread (approx. 1.2 pips EURUSD).
And i even got a VPS for my small amounts (!)
I am so happy with these conditions (so far) that i invested another 100 €. So now i can work live with 50000 "€" (cents).
Because of your comments regarding withdrawal i made a test and withdraw 1€.
1 minute later Skrill said: money received.

Dont deposit in this broker.
i deposited 1400 usd in this broker and i made 150% profit in 10 days with manual trading.
then i asked for withdraw. My account was fully verified. But when i asked for withdraw, then they started to harass me and asked for many documents. They canceled my withdraw and they are not verifying my documents and they are closing chat and not giving me answer. I opened ticket but they are not replying to me.
They dont want to pay me and they called me and asked me that how i made high profit in short time.
they are scammer. dont go for this broker.

i think roboforex is really going bankrupt. they wont let me withdraw my money. depositing was very easy but once you ask for withdrawal it is really a struggle, a heartbreaking. i request for withdrawal, it was rejected because they said my address verification was not sealed and signed by the company. i had to asked the company to sign the document. but when i ask for withdrawal again, they said i need to upload and verify my bank card that i never used to deposit. i just dont get it why they need a bank card, im not depositing, im withdrawing funds towards my skrill account.
