Me abrí una cuenta en Vantage porque tenía buenas refencias de este broker a través del marketing en redes sociales.
Realicé un depósito de 1000$ y recibí un bono del 150%, lo cual está genial. Al par de días operando, tuve buenas operaciones y pude retirar 1000$. Pasados unos días traté de hacer otro retiro, siendo rechazado y cerrando mi cuenta de trading.
La explicación por parte de Vantage es haber realizado hedge trading. Revisé mi historial de trading (de solo unos días con cuenta abierta) y en ningún momento se dió esta circunstancia en mi operativa. Tras solicitar más información, se amparan en el acuerdo de cliente para no darme más explicaciones.
Trabajo con varios brokers y es la primera vez que tengo este problema. De hecho la operativa que conlleva un comportamiento sospechoso según Vantage fue replicada en cuentas de axi y VT Markets sin tener ningún tipo de problema.

Customer's service and support is probably the worst I have seen. Still no news in simple but important requests I have made since over one month and no answer on repeated messages of me about what happens on my requests. They send only automated comfirmation messages they received requests and online communication can happen only with a bot (not humans) which can't solve even the simpliest issues.
(Update_10_3_2026) Even their support ticket system into MyAccount portal doesn't work. On submit a support request appears error message and can't send any request (can't send photo of this). Their support already has proven a chaotic circus. Obviously their policy is to attract you get in and then they forget you. So disappointing!
Overall
Trading conditions are great at the lowest cost of use. Good package of provided services (normal trading, copy trading, Pamm accounts etc.) Too pity their customer service and support is in the total opposite bottom of quality!
