"Very disappointing experience with Vantage"

I traded normally on their platform and followed their rules as far as I know. Everything was fine until I made profits and tried to withdraw my money. After that, my account was suddenly terminated and my profits were removed with a “cash adjustment” entry.
No clear explanation was given. They did not provide any trade numbers or proper details. If something was wrong with my trading, they should have informed me earlier, not only after I became profitable.
At the moment, around $22,000 of my funds are still stuck, and support is not giving clear answers. Every time I contact them, they only say “please wait for an update” with no timeline.
This experience has really damaged my trust. I am sharing this so other traders are aware and careful before depositing money.
