As seen in the screenshot, the price jumped from 0.59532 to 0.59572 within a very short time. This gap indicates that there were no available prices in between during this moment of high volatility.
For a buy stop, the order is executed at the ask price. When your buy stop was triggered, the next available ask price was 0.59572, as shown in the screenshot. Due to the price jump, the buy stop was executed at this level instead of your predefined buy stop price. Such price gaps are common during periods of extreme volatility or rapid market movements.
However, during sudden liquidity injections, prices don’t move sequentially (e.g., 1, 2, 3); instead, they can jump rapidly, such as from 1 to 10–20, creating gaps in the market.
Thus, when you place an order request in the market at, let’s say, ‘x,’ the price may have already moved up or down to ‘y.’

My trades were opened 45 mins before news, with SLs set 3.5 pips apart. During NFP, the server froze, batched both orders together, and executed them at the exact same second and price, causing 187 pips more artificial slippage. Support copy-pasted a 'final verdict' closing my ticket without addressing the technical batch-processing lag. Even though they knew this is a server issue, not real market tracking.

Transparency and trustworthiness shouldn't be a talk in their mission and vision statement. They should walk the talk. Proof real data to innocent traders before terminating accounts.

I am a fully rule-compliant trader whose funded account on FundedNext-Server2 was terminated due to a severe internal server execution error during NFP, which the internal risk team refuses to acknowledge (Ticket #114750335).
I held two short positions on XAUUSD (Ticket #249967231 and #249967614) opened 45 minutes BEFORE the news. This is 100% allowed under Stellar 2-Step rules. I practiced strict risk management and placed two distinct Stop Losses at 4085.37 and 4081.80 (spaced 3.57 pips apart).
FundedNext's team claims this was "standard market slippage," but the math proves a server infrastructure freeze. Both independent trades were batched and executed at the EXACT same second (15:30:28) and filled at the exact same price (4100.54 and 4100.56), blowing past my daily loss limit by over 180 pips.
In a real live market, a fast-moving price triggers sequential stops at different times and prices. Filling completely separate orders with different triggers at the exact same millisecond proves that FundedNext-Server2 suffered an internal packet-queue backlog that frozen my account execution. I did everything right as a trader, but was penalized for a technical platform limitation. I expect a senior manager to review the server logs of this batch execution and restore my account.
