Stop scamming people with hidden rules that are not transparent

I traded with FundedNext, passed both Phase 1 and Phase 2, became fully funded, and received payouts. Everything was fine until they terminated my account for a reason that was not published anywhere in their global policies.

They claimed I violated “MetaQuotes compliance” because my VPS routed through a U.S. IP.
Here’s the reality:

1. This rule is NOT in their global Terms, Rules, GPs, Guidelines, or Trading Policies.
It only appears in a region-specific help page called “USA Client Guide.”
I am not a U.S. client.
Nothing directed me to U.S.

If a rule is meant to apply worldwide, it must be published in the global rulebook — which it is not.

2. I was never warned or given a chance to fix it.
A VPS routing issue takes 30 seconds to correct.
Instead of letting me fix it, they instantly terminated my funded account with no notice.

3. Their enforcement contradicts their own infrastructure.
Most MT4/MT5 servers used by prop firms are located in New York, Virginia, Chicago, Dallas, or other U.S. data centers because that’s where the liquidity hubs are.

If FundedNext’s price feed or MT5 routing passes through U.S. data centers (which is extremely common), then enforcing a U.S. IP ban on traders is inconsistent with the environment they themselves operate.

4. This is not transparency.

You cannot enforce a rule globally that is only published in a U.S.-specific help page.
You cannot terminate funded traders for something they were never told applied to them.
You cannot refuse to disclose your own infrastructure while punishing traders for theirs.

Try somewhere else.

I didn’t like anything — the spread is high and their response was very delayed.

What would you improve about FundedNext?

Price slippage and account freezing due to their technical errors

I have traded with FundedNext and my experience is not very positive. The margin provided is very low, which makes it difficult to manage trades properly. In addition, the spreads are quite high compared to other prop firms, and there is noticeable slippage when entering or closing trades. Overall, these conditions make trading more risky and less efficient. For these reasons, I will not trade with them again.

Pros:

- accounts are affordable and they offer great discounts from time-to-time
- helpful customer service
- platforms available are web, cTrader, MT4/MT5, and starting to integrate on TradingView
- trading tools (EA) are available to assist you in your trading

Cons:

- scaling happens every quarter of the year
- account data on their website are focused on the account challenge, so you still need to rely on a third-party site for your statistics
