Here is why:

1. PAYOUT REJECTED AFTER MAKING PROFITS

After generating substantial profits and requesting a payout, my trading activity was suddenly classified as violating multiple trading rules.

2. UNCLEAR RULES AND HIDDEN TRAPS

Upcomers accused me of Position Stacking, Hedging, Grid Trading, Martingale and Tick Scalping.

But where are the exact numerical limits? How many positions are too many? What position size becomes excessive? Where is the clear distinction between legitimate scaling and prohibited trading?

3. PROFITS CANCELLED — EVEN BEYOND THE DISPUTED TRADES

The total profit attributed to the alleged violations was significantly lower than the entire trading result that Upcomers cancelled.

Even deducting all the amounts identified in their report would leave a substantial hypothetical profit above the minimum payout eligibility threshold.

So why cancel everything instead of providing a proper trade-by-trade reconciliation?

4. ACCOUNT RESET AND PERMANENT PAYOUT PENALTY

Not only was my payout rejected, but my account was reset and my future payout eligibility was permanently reduced by 50%.

5. NO TRANSPARENT TRADE-BY-TRADE EVIDENCE

The decision did not identify the specific trade ticket numbers or provide a complete financial reconciliation explaining why the entire result had to be cancelled.

6. THE BIGGEST RED FLAG

You can comply with the published drawdown limits, generate profits and still face a payout rejection based on broadly worded trading restrictions and discretionary compliance decisions.

In my opinion, this creates a serious risk for traders.

There are also serious complaints online about rejected payouts, unclear trading rules, cancelled profits, account resets and penalties affecting future payouts.

Other traders have reported being accused of prohibited strategies such as Position Stacking, Martingale, Hedging and Tick Scalping after generating profits.

Very disappointing experience with Upcomers – payout denied after account review

I traded a $50K Oracle account with Upcomers and completed the required qualifying days. I was trading XAUUSD based on market structure, momentum, key levels and confirmations, and I was actively managing my positions and risk.

When I requested my payout, Upcomers denied it and classified 6 of my trades as “Martingale” and 4 trades as “Tick Scalping.”

What I find frustrating is that the decision has serious consequences: my payout was denied, my account was reset to the initial balance, and I was given a 50% payout limitation on future withdrawals from the account.

I have appealed the decision because I do not believe my trading was accurately characterized as Martingale. My position sizes varied depending on the setup and target. I did not use a predetermined system of doubling positions after losses to recover previous losses.

Regarding the Tick Scalping allegation, I acknowledge that some trades were short-duration. However, short holding time can also happen when trading XAUUSD during periods of high volatility. I cannot control how quickly the market moves after I enter a position. So this should Address , so what they want?? If I enter a position I will not put stop loss and wait for the entire 2mins to fully liquidate or breach my account?

For example, I also had trades that were held for significantly longer periods. One of my trades was held for approximately 1 hour and 48 minutes and generated $259.

My main issue is transparency. I have asked Upcomers to provide the exact 6 trades they classified as Martingale and the exact 4 trades they classified as Tick Scalping, along with the specific criteria used to classify each trade.

I am not asking them to ignore their rules. I simply want to see the specific evidence supporting a decision that resulted in my payout being denied and my account being reset.

I am currently waiting for their response to my appeal.

I am posting this experience so other traders can understand what happened in my case and can make sure they fully understand Upcomers' prohibited-strategy rules before trading with them.

I will update this review if Upcomers provides additional evidence or resolves the dispute.

Before signing the trading agreement, we had already completed the KYC verification process. However, when it was time for the payout, they banned the account on the grounds that it was allegedly not operated by the rightful owner, without providing any clear or convincing evidence.

•Do not buy, you'll be disappointed, As a trader, the satisfaction and enjoyment we get and expect from a propfirm is when the payout is delivered on our account, in which upcomers failed to deliver.

i have 2 accounts pending for withdrawal for a total of 4,000USD but was still on hold without a valid reason for a month now.
these account now is stuck to awaiting withdrawal, passed and followed all condition; they simply cannot approved the payout, and is not willing to pay me, instead i receive an email of "being selected to A-book" migration.

It's not our problem if you have a plan for a new program called A-book, even if in reality you have no real plans to implement it and is not true, because if you wanted it, it should already be there and being used.

The only reason why they are unable to release a payout from the successful and consistent traders is they don't have an existing system to copy/profit from our trades to a live market.

They depend solely on the challenge purchases of new/repeat buyers and used it to pay non-suspecting users.

• they have a never ending sale price 90% off.
• they don't have a system to profit from successful traders, yet still offer 99%split(recently changed to 90%).
•if you eventually pass, you'll get paid for smaller payouts(to earn your trust), but eventually you'll reach the threshold and max profits they are willing to release then payout will stop.
•when you show success and consistent profitability they will shadow ban and lock your account/deny payout in promise of moving to a-book.
• an A-book migration that will never happen, It just serves as a cover and a way to avoid their obligation to pay large amounts to successful traders.
