Upcomers started great, they will lure you with affordable prices, high profit split bogo account and swift payout promise, their support are responsive if you are new or repeat buying customer, lots of platform available to trade.
What would you improve about Upcomers?
•Do not buy
•tiered payouts - will limit your profit; even if you get bigger accounts, you'll be stuck with $5k max starting payout(not guaranteed).
•tiered payout 1% starting plus 20% consistency.
•They need to improve their support response time, issue resolution and fulfill every promise they post on their website.
•12hr payout not true / will need to go down the needle first to get approved 24-48hours.

•Do not buy, you'll be disappointed, As a trader, the satisfaction and enjoyment we get and expect from a propfirm is when the payout is delivered on our account, in which upcomers failed to deliver.
i have 2 accounts pending for withdrawal for a total of 4,000USD but was still on hold without a valid reason for a month now.
these account now is stuck to awaiting withdrawal, passed and followed all condition; they simply cannot approved the payout, and is not willing to pay me, instead i receive an email of "being selected to A-book" migration.
It's not our problem if you have a plan for a new program called A-book, even if in reality you have no real plans to implement it and is not true, because if you wanted it, it should already be there and being used.
The only reason why they are unable to release a payout from the successful and consistent traders is they don't have an existing system to copy/profit from our trades to a live market.
They depend solely on the challenge purchases of new/repeat buyers and used it to pay non-suspecting users.
• they have a never ending sale price 90% off.
• they don't have a system to profit from successful traders, yet still offer 99%split(recently changed to 90%).
•if you eventually pass, you'll get paid for smaller payouts(to earn your trust), but eventually you'll reach the threshold and max profits they are willing to release then payout will stop.
•when you show success and consistent profitability they will shadow ban and lock your account/deny payout in promise of moving to a-book.
• an A-book migration that will never happen, It just serves as a cover and a way to avoid their obligation to pay large amounts to successful traders.

They have an active social community . And generous enough to condict weekly contest on their Discord platforms that provides users with chance of obtaining free evaluation accounts. Supports are excellent and usually resolve issues within minutes .

I don’t have much to say but the user dashboard feels a bit cloggy and packed . A more simplistic user dashboard would be great , just my personal taste .

Upcomers is not a legit prop firm, they will have one or the other reason to reject your withdrawal. I believe their revenue runs on scammed money. I dont know how people have given them good rating.
My withdrawal was rejectes even after fulfilling all the trading conditios.

Overall my experience at upcomers has been extremely poor. Upcomers has hidden rules designed to scam people out of their accounts. For example I have reached payout stage a few times through them and sometimes I get told I don’t have enough variety of longs and shorts, then get told the ratio of positions was good enough but the ratio of profit wasn’t. I’ve reached out to ask for clarification then get told there aren’t any hard numbers it depends on market conditions. There aren’t any listed guidelines for how market conditions are considered. They also have few written rules on risk reward but will deny payouts if they feel you were too risky. They selectively choose who and how much they will payout.

This is where my trading went to another level and my appreciation, admiration and respect for this firm went up: the explanation as to why the payout was not approved showed me my risk to reward was all wrong and trading should not be about guessing, buying/selling BIG and hoping it goes in your favor.
They told me in detail all the bad trades I took and won/lost and sent a follow-up email how I could improve my trading for long-term consistent payouts. I have gotten two payouts since that initial rejection (thanks to the team).

I created my first Upcomers account but then lost access to that email and couldn’t reset it. So I created a second account with a new email and purchased 2 accounts. I was not aware that Upcomers only allows 1 profile per person.When I requested my first payout, my account was suspended due to having 2 accounts. I was told to email [email protected]. I did. Someone replied saying they reviewed it and passed it to the Risk team.That was 4 days ago. Since then I have emailed multiple times and received zero updates. My account is still suspended and I cannot access my funds or work.Why suspend it when l request a payment ,not when it was created and also the old account was not active anymore because l was using new account
