My experience was very good so far, i bought a couple of accounts, failed some because im kind of a new trader but already received 2 payouts on my accounts. the profit target rules for challenge phase are really low compared to other firms, but they do have a set of rules that you have to be mindfull about when going into upcomers, like you cant open and close a trade below 2 minutes of duration because its flagged as tick scalping and you can get your payouts rejected, and there are a bunch more rules that you can check in the FAQ. recommend reading the whole thing before buying

My experience with Upcomers is mixed. I can honestly confirm that **their payouts are real and they do pay**, which is something I appreciate.
However, the biggest problems are the **high payout fees** and the **20% consistency rule on funded accounts**. The fees can reduce the amount a trader actually receives by too much, and I believe they should improve this to compete with other prop firms that offer better payout conditions.
The 20% consistency rule on a funded account is also very restrictive. Trading opportunities are not the same every day — sometimes one good setup can produce most of your profit, while other days there may be nothing worth trading. A profitable trader should not be forced to structure profits around a consistency formula after already becoming funded.
So yes, **Upcomers pays**, but in my opinion the current system is built more to protect and benefit the firm than to give traders the best environment to grow and remain profitable.
If they reduce the payout fees and remove or seriously improve the 20% funded-account consistency rule, Upcomers could become a much stronger and more trader-friendly prop firm.
