"What I like about UPCOMERS"
Apa yang paling Anda sukai dari Upcomers?
What I like most about UPCOMERS is their customer support, pricing, and genuine willingness to help traders succeed. I have purchased multiple challenges through them, and every interaction with their support team has been fast, professional, and helpful.
At one point, I accidentally purchased a challenge for MT5 when I meant to select TradeLocker. Their support team helped correct the issue for me within the same day, which showed me they truly care about their customers and are willing to make things right.
I have not received a payout yet because I am still working on becoming more consistent and passing my challenges, but that has nothing to do with UPCOMERS. Their rules are clearly explained, their pricing is great, and the overall experience has been excellent. When I purchase another challenge, UPCOMERS will continue to be the only prop firm I use.
Apa yang ingin Anda tingkatkan dari Upcomers?
I do not have any major improvements to suggest at this time. My experience with their platform and support staff has been extremely positive. I hope they continue providing the same level of service, competitive pricing, and support for their traders.

Overall, I highly recommend UPCOMERS to anyone looking for a reliable prop firm. Although I have not passed a challenge or received a payout yet, they have provided everything I need to have a fair opportunity to succeed. Their pricing is competitive, their platform options are great, and their support team is one of the best I have dealt with.
They respond quickly, solve problems, and make it clear that they want their traders to succeed. My experience with them has built a lot of trust, and I will continue purchasing my future challenges exclusively through UPCOMERS.
