At one point, I accidentally purchased a challenge for MT5 when I meant to select TradeLocker. Their support team helped correct the issue for me within the same day, which showed me they truly care about their customers and are willing to make things right.
I have not received a payout yet because I am still working on becoming more consistent and passing my challenges, but that has nothing to do with UPCOMERS. Their rules are clearly explained, their pricing is great, and the overall experience has been excellent. When I purchase another challenge, UPCOMERS will continue to be the only prop firm I use.
