AI has to be the best thing I like about Octa, because in space I get suggestions on topics I want and those are helpful, and I can copy the patterns to my own chart.
What would you improve about Octa?
I think when you compare octatrader to mt4 it becomes clear than first one has more advantages, so they need to add better platforms so there's a honest competition.

I think Octa has great leverage for trading most assets, despite the real shares with 1:1 but those are different haha. The CFDs are nice and I am into trading shares btw, I think those are more interesting than forex because the company performance and other fundamental news affect them more. But I trade forex here as well when I have some nice setup forming.

I would eliminate the MT4 and MT5 trading apps so everyone would have to trade and see how good the octatrader app is :)

In short octa has exceeded my expectations. I decided to trade here only because of the absence of the swap fees, but i found tens different reasons that made my trading even better and i’m glad I opened an account here. One, main thing is their custom trading app which i highly recommend. It’s packed with AI tools, which make the trading faster and sort of easier. There is a tool that automatically reconginzes chart patterns and trust me, it’s more trusty then your eyes :) and some others, but it’s enough for now

Today, I would like to mention about the ai chart feature, i remember how they impelmented it into the platform half a year ago. To be honest, it had lots of lags and wrong analyses at that moment, there were enough complaints about it, but Octa reacted quickly and they fixed all the bugs.
Currently, I’m using this tool every single day to identify the chart patterns and check it with my own analysis. That helps a lot when you trade a bunch of different assets from stocks, forex, commodities and so on.
What would you improve about Octa?
Customer service could have been faster in respnoding to my questions, even if they work 24/7, it takes some time until you receive any responses.

Overall, I wouldn’t say this broker is a disaster, they offer enough benefits and you can call them a reliable partner. All my pending and market orders execute lighting-fastly, so I don’t lose anything on slippage.

ease of use... their prize lot system and deposit bonus system... interface is simple and they they also have a wallet where we can store funds that we don't want to trade

their customer support... and the knowledge of customer support... most of the times they don't know what's happening and it seems like they are newbies and don't have any understanding of forex market... also they should give cent account for small users or to for the purpose of trying out a strategy... they used to have ECN accounts earlier which i think they have removed it.. they should introduce it back

What I like best is for sure the pricing… cost for trading here is real low, spreads tight, no swap fee so I can hold my trade longer without paying crazy money. Also deposit and withdraw process is smooth for me, payment always land quick, I never had stress waiting too long. This make trading more calm for me
What would you improve about Octa?
If I have to say one thing, it will be about the market range. Broker have maybe 300 instrument, cover main forex pairs, gold, crypto, some index… but not so many stock or exotic pairs. For many trader this maybe enough but for someone who like to explore different assets, it can feel little limited. Maybe they can expand this in future.

My XP is very good. I trade daily and I never had problem with payments, deposit always go in fast, withdraw also come without hidden issue. Platform is stable, octatrader is simple and works nice. Customer support is okay, sometimes slow but polite and solve issue. For me most important is low cost and trust with payments, and on that Octa did very well. That is why after 3 years I still keep account active and trade here

Man, they gotta fix those commissions on the trc network. I know it’s not the broker's fault but still I know that they can cover those fees if they want to. Right?!

Pricing is the best in the market, because they take no comission, no swaps and only operate on spreads.

I had to contact support only 1 time about the usage of AI, and they helpmed me, but after like 1 hour and I just found answers myself before they answeerd.
Overall
I went with octatrader, and advice all to do the same. pay attention in setting up space + and choose the parameters wisely to get better analytics.

"AI chart feature"
What do you like best about Octa?
I’ve been trading with Octa for 2,5 years and for all that time, I experienced the ups and downs in trading, bullish trends and crashes and I understood that Octa is an ideal partner in my trading journey.
They don’t charge any swap rates on all accounts and it allows me to hold positions as long as possible and make significant profits. Moreover, almost half a year ago they added a flagship feature called AI chart which is able to identify key support and resistance levels and interesting patterns on any instruments.
What would you improve about Octa?
To be honest, everything is fine and I don’t even know what I have to complain about. Probably, it would be great if they added more advanced pending orders or something like that, yeah, I don’t know, everything is up to their engineering team.

It was a good start for me and since then I’ve been trading week to week, their online educational resources helped me to improve my fundamental and technical skills many times.

Support is one of best I've see in the industry. Speaks multiple languages, prompt agents, knows how to solve problems. That’s not common, from my experience.
What would you improve about Octa?
Fees fair, but for some reason they don’t offer a choice in accounts, like some other brokers do. Only platforms, but the fee structure is the same. Spreads, which are being obviously not very beneficial, if you trade commodities for example.

Apart from spreads, my XP couldn’t be better. All major services work great. There were MT available as a platform, def what I required, in terms of features and execution. For forex trading, one of the best, for sure.

How easy it was for me to open account… they approve the same day I fill out the forms

Adding more cryptocurrencies would be great… I follow some crypto traders that give trading signals, but some of the cryptos are not available for trading

This is my second broker with whom I have been trading on a real account, and must say it’s much better.. The setup account procedure was as simple as it can be. Also the initial deposit requirement is low and that’s great.
I read a lot of positive comments about it’s platform, and now, after some time experience on it’s platform, it’s no surprise why they have such a great reputation
