Apa yang paling Anda sukai dari Octa?
I’ve been wokring with Octa brooker for over 2,5 years and I remember how simple they were at that moment. Now everything changed and they even added the AI chart feature that has become one of my favourite features on the OctaTrader platform.
Not gonna lie, I was dubious enough about this feature and thought that AI analytics will never become better than trader’s analytics. However, I was totally wrong and you can’t even fathom how much time it saves now when I need to idnetify patterns or key levels for short or long positions. I don’t know how they managed to do it but it’s definitely worth it to give it a try to understand what I’m talkin’ about.
Apa yang ingin Anda tingkatkan dari Octa?
I think they can add the AI prediction as the next feature. To make it work and predicting what side the price will move, up or down with % of probability. Everyone will definitely like it without hesitation! I mean if they created the AI chart feature, then why can't they come up with something like this.
Keseluruhan
I’m totally satsified with our cooperation and I hope I will be trading for another 2,5 years here and will see new updates and flagship features in the future!
Thank you for sharing your experience with us!
It’s incredible to see how far we’ve come together over the past 2.5 years, and we truly appreciate your continued trust in Octa.
We’re especially glad to hear that the AI Chart feature has become one of your favorites. Your honest reflection means a lot to us. It’s great to know it’s helping you save time and make more informed decisions when identifying key levels and patterns.
Your support motivates us to keep innovating and delivering tools that truly make a difference. Thanks again for being part of the Octa community!

"My decision to switch to Octa and Octatrader"
Apa yang paling Anda sukai dari Octa?
Octatrader is very useful and packed with different toold and AI to help me trade better.
No commissions on deposits and withdrawals and min. requirement is only around $50.
Apa yang ingin Anda tingkatkan dari Octa?
The only thing I'd do is increase the prize pool for Champion Demo contests, to a couple of thousand $$ at least!
Keseluruhan
Time to admit I guess - I could not be more wrong about their platform. I used to think octatrader was just a platform to make trading easy for new traders, but man was I wrong. When I selected what topics I'd like to see I knew that something big is coming, and then I got Space + on the right where I can see recommendations and signals and alalytics not only with the patterns I like, but On the LIsT of assets that I trade as well, this is what's super impressive about the plarform. And this is not even all, they have auto AI chart pattern finder and OctaVision, and this one you can use to improve your trading overall.
Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts on Octa and our OctaTrader platform. We're really happy to hear that you're enjoying the tools, AI features, and overall experience, especially with Space, Auto Chart Pattern Finder, and OctaVision.
We appreciate your suggestion to increase the prize pool for the Champion Demo Contest and have forwarded it to the relevant team for review. We aim to make trading more exciting and rewarding for everyone in our community.

"Intraday trading experience"
Apa yang paling Anda sukai dari Octa?
I like the daily analytics on the assets, they are invaluable for a day trader. I do not even have to make analysis with these, as i can watch out what patterns are forming and take trades according to the analys. Yeah, they are not perfct and i have lost some trades, but i’m still in profits and can’t complain.
Apa yang ingin Anda tingkatkan dari Octa?
I suggest them adding daily videos for the analytcs. This way i would learn better and not depend on them a lot.

"Withdrawal Pending for Over 96 Hours – No Resolution"
Apa yang paling Anda sukai dari Octa?
I have been using OctaFX for trading, but my recent experience with their withdrawal process has been highly disappointing. I requested a withdrawal more than 96 hours ago, and it is still marked as "pending."
Despite multiple follow-ups with customer support, I have not received any clear answers—only generic responses asking me to wait. If there are verification or technical issues, they should communicate them clearly instead of keeping clients in the dark.
A broker’s credibility is based on smooth transactions and trust, but this delay is unacceptable. I hope OctaFX resolves this issue soon, but for now, I do not recommend this platform for traders who need reliable and timely withdrawals.

"Trading service the way it should be"
Apa yang paling Anda sukai dari Octa?
Actually, I like several things about octa broker. First of all, regarding the most essetial part of any trading experience, the platform, they didn`t force to choose the particular one, I mean, there were options among 3 of them, so depending on what you get used to trade, Secondly, fair pricing, reasgonable spreads starting from 0.6 pips, I couldn`t find any problems with quotes and swaps free options.
Apa yang ingin Anda tingkatkan dari Octa?
Though, there is nothing mainly to improve, I`d be happy, if they add the functions of immediate help, in case of urgent situation, sort of call center hotline

We're sorry you feel this way about our spreads. Please note that we offer floating spreads, which depend on the market volatility. At the same time, we do our best to keep them at the lowest.
If you wish for lower spreads, opting for Gold or Platinum status is a viable option, as both tighten them. Please note that due to market volatility, the difference may not be that high, but it will help you secure your trades in a safer environment. You can also contact our team at [email protected] and share which spreads you found unsatisfying. We'd appreciate your feedback a lot.
