Rate of Change Ratio (ROCR) Indicator

The Rate of Change indicator (ROC) is a momentum oscillator.
This oscillator indicator is designed to measure the rate at which the price changes from one period to another in percentage. The measure is between the current price and the price a certain number of periods ago.
The plot forms an oscillator that fluctuates above and below the zero line as the Rate-of-Change moves from positive to negative.
The indicator can be used to spot divergences, overbought and oversold conditions, and centerline crossovers.
